Julie Havelka

Julie Havelka is a powerlifter and professional strongwoman competitor,and compete also professional strongmen competition , and had a good result in 2002 Northwest Grip Challenge Workout tied for 8th place competing against the men and in 2003
Monster Muscle Northwest Rolling Thunder Open tied 7th place competing against the men again .

she first began powerlifting when she was 21 years old. she met her boyfriend Tod Becraft, who had 14 years of competitive powerlifting experience at the time.
she entered her first meet in March of 1996, and set 8 new state records in the squat, benchpress, deadlift and total for both the Jr and open divisions.
she did a 355 squat, 215 benchpress, 350 deadlift with an 865 total, all without any tight lifting gear (only a belt and light kneewraps). she trained the rest of the year and competed the following spring at a bench meet in February and a three lift meet in March.


she did a 225 benchpress at the bench meet, now beginning to use bench shirts. At the meet in March she got her first 400 lb squat with a new state record of 402, and a 236 benchpress. she did some more competing in the fall with a 260 lb benchpress at the Oregon Outlaw meet. she finished off the year in competing with a 430 deadlift at the Oregon Outlaw Deadlift Invitational in November.




the first meet in 1998 was the APF 'Rumble in the Pit' where she did a 420 squat, 260 bench, and 400 deadlift for a 1060 total. This was a qualifier meet for the APF Sr's, where she did a 435 squat, 259 bench, and 413 deadlift for an 1102 total.

She has competed in strongwoman competitions being Finnish champion several times and some success in international level as well.

Aneta Florczyk

Aneta Florczyk pseud. Atena (born 26 of February 1982 r. in Malbork) – Polish female athlete, especially strongwoman.

Aneta Florczyk started her career at the age of 16, as a powerlifter. She won Polish Championships several times, and in 2000 became European Champion. As a first Polish athlete she has broken the barrier of 500 kg in powerlifting. After she had been suspended in national team (the suspension has later been proven unfounded and overruled by the court), she began training weightlifting, becoming Polish Champion in juniors and vice Champion in seniors.

Since 2002 she has started training on the equipment typical for strongman and strongwoman contests. Only a year later she won the World's Strongest Woman in Zambia and in 2004 – Europe's Strongest Woman in Ireland.

Later she was World's Champion / World's Strongest Woman in 2003, 2005, 2006 and 2008.
