MagicJack win, Strikers tie and Miami Ultras Alive.

MagicJack remain undefeated as they defeated the Atlanta Beat 2-0 in a Women's Professional Soccer League game played Sunday at FAU Soccer Field.
The magicJack outshot Atlanta 17-1, including putting 10 shots on goal and having the edge 6-0 on corner kicks.
Pressure was applied early by magicJack with Masar scoring at the 23-minute mark from inside five yards on an assist from Lindsay Tarpley. Press sealed the match with her goal in the 64th minute from 24 yards out.
"We wanted to come out and show how good of a soccer team we are," Masar said. "I think we did that today."

The Strikers
After starting off the season with a defeat, the Fort Lauderdale Strikers haven't looked back and have not lost a game since. This weekend the Red and yellow came back from Minnesota with a point as they tied the Stars 1-1.
Leading up to the game Strikers staff held a pub crawl which was a total success. Regrettably the live transmission was not available until the last few minutes of the game, but that did not deter the fans from having fun!
The first half momentum went to the Strikers with multiple chances early on. Paulinho LePetit forced a save from Minnesota’s keeper in the third minute when he shot low to the near post. In the15th minute the Strikers had another opportunity when Aaron Wheeler found Paulinho at the top of the box for a shot that was just wide.
The Strikers went into halftime with a 1-0 lead after Eduardo “Chacho” Coudet converted his fourth straight penalty kick of the season.

The Strikers will play this coming Wednesday, May 11th at 7:30 p.m.to end their road trip versus the Carolina Railhawks.

Road Trip to Tampa! Sign up and support Miami FC on July 4, 2010

Folks it's time to sign up! We are a little under a month away from our match versus hated in state rival the Tampa Bay Rowdies! But we need people to commit!
On July 4, 2010 the Miami FC Blues will play the Tampa Bay Rowdies up in Tampa and we need all South Florida soccer fans to travel with the Ultras to support our team. Last time our teams played here in South Florida Tampa's fan group Ralph's Mob came down in numbers so now its our turn to do the same.
To sign up please go to this link http://www.miamisoccerfan.com/Soccer/roadtrip.html If we get enough people we will try to get a bus to take us up there and back. We need all Miami Ultras, Southern Legion, SF3's and soccer fans in general. Let's show our support.

Here is a flashback video of The Ft. Lauderdale Strikers as they defeated the Tampa Bay Rowdies 3-2 in a North American Soccer League playoff match on August 20, 1978 at Lockhart Stadium in Ft. Lauderdale, Florida.

Miami FC vs FC Tampa fan videos and much more...

Before we jump into the game videos you need to head over to Miami Soccer Fan and read the Ultras game day review along with an after game interview with Miami FC's captain Jarryd "The Hammer" Goldberg. Check it out HERE

Kenn.com/the_blog has put up a Pro Soccer Attendance Figures chart. It's still a little early in the Soccer season to put this up and see how teams are really doing at the gates, but it's pretty cool anyway! Now I know I'm going to get criticism for this one but the old Miami Fusion's attendance was higher then at-least 4 other teams in MLS today! It just tells me that MLS made a mistake pulling the plug on this market. Now on the other hand... You want to see how the Blues are doing in attendance? See it HERE

The 2014 World Cup might just be played in the good old U.S. of A after all! Seems Brazil is behind in preparation and the world governing body FIFA is not too happy about it. Some of you might remember that back in 1986 the World Cup was to be held in Colombia. But, they couldn't do it for one reason or another so it was held in Mexico instead.

Following are game day videos of the Miami FC Blues versus Tampa Bay Rowdies that took place at Lockhart Stadium this past Saturday.
